Wholesome Raspberry Chia Pudding

Pre-make this Wholesome Raspberry Chia Pudding and pop it in the fridge the night before for a quick breakfast on the go. 

 

Ingredients:  

- 1/2 cup raspberries 

- Chia pudding 

- ½ cup non-dairy milk 
- 2 tbsp chia seeds 

- 1 tbsp hemp seeds 

- 2 spoonfuls of The Wholesome bar, crumbled up 

- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

 

 Toppings: 

- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup 

- Cinnamon 

- More hemp seeds 

 

Instructions: 

  1. Add you raspberries to a sealable jar and mash into a puree. 

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients aside from toppings, seal jar and shake well. 

  3. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.  

  4. Finish with toppings and enjoy!
