- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 frozen avocado
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- Small handful spinach
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients, adding more coconut water as needed
- Top with The Wholesome Bar of your choice.
