Refrigeration Requirements
Whether you purchased them at a store or have just received a delivery, place your bars in the fridge or freezer as soon as you can. The Wholesome BarTM can be left unrefrigerated for up to one week but is best kept cold.
Since we don’t use preservatives, fillers or anything artificial, all ingredients are cold-pressed and chilled to stay fresh and firm. If they get to room temperature or even warm, they’re still safe to eat, just not optimal. If they get soft or crumbly, you can always pop them back into the fridge.
Please check the “best before” date on the wrapper. Once out of the fridge and at room temperature, The Wholesome BarTM is freshest and most nutritious for up to one week!

There’s no refined sugar in The Wholesome BarTM. We sweeten them with coconut nectar, which is the natural sap from coconut trees and very low on the glycemic index.

Yes! Each flavour contains a variety of nuts, including macadamia nuts, almonds, and peanuts. Please be sure to check the nutritional facts and ingredients. All our bars are made in a facility that also handles milk, eggs, peanuts and other tree nuts.
Yes. Three of The Wholesome BarTM flavours are grain-free: Coconut Macadamia, Super Green, and Almond Crunch.
