Coconut & Macadamia Oats

Taste the tropics with this delicious and nutty oats bowl!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 banana *mashed
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar *to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

What to do:

  • Combine everything together in a bowl and microwave for 60-90 seconds. Alternatively bring to a boil in a small sauce pan.
  • Top with Coconut Macadamia OHi bar, banana, coconut and hemp seeds
