Holiday OHi Dunkers

Try this better-for-you holiday themed recipe that is sure to get everyone asking for seconds! Enjoy this for breakfast, a snack or just show off your recipe and food styling skills by following the instructions below.
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup steamed then frozen zucchini slices
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup steamed then frozen butternut squash
  • 1 scoop protein
  • 1 cup liquid (I used half water, half vanilla almond milk) 
  • A shake of Cinnamon
  • A shake of ground Ginger
  • A shake of Pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée 


Blend all ingredients together, add cereal to the bottom of your glass (I used Cinnamon Three Wishes), top with chia pudding (or yogurt) and dunk in an Almond Crunch OHi Bar!
